Fisher-Price Imaginext Adventures Pirate Ship
The pirates have plenty to do, thanks to special "action points" all over the ship. Your child can simply place a pirate on one of the ship's five special areas, turn the figure, and watch the action! The pirates can lower the ship's sails, drop the anchor, and fire the three hidden cannons. Two pirates can even fight a duel, and the captain can extend the plank for some unlucky soul to walk.
Built Tough for Adventurous Journeys
Like all Fisher Price toys, the Adventures Pirate Ship is built tough, with larger pieces that are easier and safer for little hands to manipulate. It includes three pirates with interchangeable hats and swords, a treasure map, treasure chest filled with treasure, and a cannon that really works. Additional accessories are sold separately. Your child will have hours of fun entering an imaginary world of adventure. However, pirates should use this ship on an imaginary sea only -- it's not built for use in real water. The pirate ship measures about 19 by 7.5 by 18.5 inches. It does not require any batteries.

Absolutely wonderful
As an old-school Bat-Fan I was excited to buy this playset for my two young sons and upon opening it, I immediately got a classic Mego comic action heroes type vibe. Comes with black and grey batman, robin, bat-computer, bat-cycle, Robin's staff/hook weapon, 2 batarangs. The Batcave has a load of gimmicks including:
Elevator that stops on three floors (including coming out through the roof as a hatch flips up), an opening iris window, a slide out rock panel that reveals a platform with missile launcher, opening front gateway, opening side hatch and ramp for batcycle, clear plastic prison cell a'la Hannibal Lechter's cell, a winch and hook, side stairs and side entrance on 2nd floor, the large bat-symbol in the center is actually a smoked plastic window, a couple other clear windows, ladders, staircases, all kinds of molded details like control panels, a bat-bed and stuff. The only downside I could possibly point to would be that Robin doesn't have a cape, but all the Batmen have cloth capes.
I also bought the batmobile ($10), the cockpit opens, the turbo flame spins as it rolls and at the press of a button the grille flips out to become a capture claw. Comes with a batman. The Joker and Joker cycle, press the button and a hammer bashes the ground. The Penguin, with a spinning umbrella-copter backpack and 2 penguin hench-beasts (one of which has a roller ball in its stomach so it can slide around on its belly like a penguin sliding on ice. Also bought the blue and grey batman who comes with a bat glider and a bat-grapple that has a winch that automatically reels the grapple back in so that if you have it in batman's hands it will cause him to climb up the side of whatever the grapple is hooked onto. All those figures are about $5.99 each.
My kids and I played with it for hours upon opening. Weeks later they are both still playing with it. Easily one of the best toy purchases of the year. I may have to buy one for myself.
My son carries this around all the time!

A great toy for younger Batman fans!
We gave this to our son for his 3rd birthday. He and his 5 year old sister played with it during every free moment for 3 days straight! He still loves it. There are so many Batman toys for older kids, this one is PERFECT for the younger ones. There are so many fun parts to this toy, and little hands can work it. The only thing he asks for help with is putting Batman on his Batcycle, but I don't mind because I see him having so much fun. Definitely worth the money!

A Medieval Adventure
At approximately two feet in height, Dragon World Fortress is filled with enough interactive features to keep active imaginations occupied. The play set comes with two knight figures, each with their own detachable sword, shield and armor. With these figures your child can pivot "activation points" on the play set, which can reveal hidden staircases and open the front gate.Knights who dare to enter the Dragon World Fortress face many dangers. Pulling a lever on the back of the castle will cause the green guard dragon to lunge forward and attack intruders. The lever also triggers thunder sound effects and causes the entire castle to light up. There is also a cannon that fires plastic projectiles, and a rolling boulder that can be used to defend the staircases.
The fortress is constructed in solid, sturdy plastic. Parents, be aware that it is fairly easy to topple over due to its vertical design. However, this problem is remedied by folding out the hidden set of stairs underneath the castle, giving it the stability needed for rougher play.

The Imaginext Dragon Castle Playset is a vertical castle that features a world of accessories and activation points. The castle comes with two figures and helmets that can activate all four figure activated feature points. Just twist the figures to reveal an action. Turn the disk to open the front door and hear and see the lightning and thunder roar. Turn the disk inside to unleash the guard dragon, turn the top disk to release the upper dragon, and turn a disk inside the castle to activate the stairs. Press a button to roll the boulder down the dragon tail and hear fierce dragon sounds. If there's an intruder in the castle, don't forget to release the chandelier and let it drop or fire the cannon.

My son got this for his 4th birthday and LOVES it! My husband picked this out for my son's 4th birthday and he absolutely loves it! The lights flash and the dragon comes down when you pull a lever and will actually pick up a man in his mouth. The front door to the castle resembles a garage door and my son really likes that! It took us a few days to figure out that the boulders actually swirl down the slide which is also part of the dragon's tale. Also, there is a little button like thing at the top of the slide that makes a noise and sends the boulder down the slide. This thing is just so nice. I only wish that the rooms were a little deaper...they are a bit shallow, but the men are pretty small, so it's no big deal. Almost all of the Imaginext toys are built so well, so I really recommend them to anyone with younger children. They even have some for girls now=) They aren't called Imaginext, but they are the exact same type of people and they are also Fisher Price Brand. We own the large Pirate Ship, another Castle, Coast Guard Boat, Space Ship, Space Station, Bat Cave, FireStation, Ambulance, and many other little Imaginext items and we can't wait until they come out with even more...
Great fun but...
I bought this toy about 1 month ago for my 3 yr old son and he loves his "Dragon Castle". I am a little disapointed with the quality of the mechanisms and worry about their longevity. all of the movements seem a little chinsy or cheap and really do not do very much. for the price this toy should have much more interaction. for instance; the claws should come out more on the top when operating the mechanism for the mouth on top. It is also hard for my son to operate the gate. I did not buy this toy for it's educational value because it has none. Again, my son loves it but I worry about it's durability.
